Skyn Med Spa Return & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Skyn Med Spa located at 4 Roland Close, Chelmsford, England.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of receipt if they are in the same condition as when received—unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For defective items, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Beyond this timeframe, returns are not accepted.
