Booking Policy

At Skyn Med Spa, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality care and service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our booking policy.

Appointments

Booking a service: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £40 is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations/Reschedule: You can book a new appointment, but no refund for the appointment fee in case of cancellation.
  • No Show: Will result in 100% fee of the booked service & deposit.

Late Arrivals

We value your time and strive to stay on schedule for all our clients. If you are running more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration to accommodate following appointments. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.

Missed Appointments

We understand that emergencies can arise; however, missed appointments with no notice significantly impact our ability to serve other clients. In the case of a missed appointment with no prior notification, the full cost of the service is charged. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.
